Each weekly session will run approximately 60 minutes, with an optional 15-minute Q&A and support time immediately afterward.
What if I can’t attend live every week?
Recordings will be available, so you can catch up if you miss a session. Live attendance is encouraged because the group support, coaching, and interaction are part of the transformation.
Is this therapy?
No. Throttle Forward is a coaching and personal growth experience using Neuroencoding-informed tools, pattern interruption, reflection, and aligned action. It is not therapy or medical treatment.
